WOW on Tues and Thurs I will be without Sarah from 9am-2pm ...... what is a mom to do ???? Becca and I can chill out together :) 1st full day of MDO at HCN is Thurs .... wish us luck !!!!
NEW job thank GOD
Ally got her new job at Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins last week and she is really enjoying it so much better than Sonic. She has been training in various locations for about 5 days now (Lebanon, Goodlettsville and Gallatin). They are shooting to open on Friday here in Mt Juliet and we are so EXCITED to have them here. Allyson likes everyone there and she has made alot of new friends. She said that all of the people that work there go to MJH except for one girl so that is cool. There are all girls working there..... just one guy. God answered my prayers that she get a job there and I am so HAPPY for her.

dentist news not good
why can't I take my kids somewhere were they tell me that nothing looks out of place and she has no problems ? They tell me that Sarah has a posterior crossbite and it needs to be corrected with an expansion device before she is 4 or it is going to cause her some bad problems . Damn !!!! No telling how much that will cost . I am NOW having a bad day and I am NOT happy .
1st trip to the dentist today

recipe ... yum yum
Frozen Apple Coffee Cake
I got this recipe from a lady at church, who got it from someone else, who got it from someone else. So, I don't know quite who to credit for it. Someone certainly deserves credit for this yummy treat!
Cake:
½ cup margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
2 cups apple, chopped
Topping:
¼ cup margarine
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Using cake ingredients, cream the margarine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, then sour cream. Fold in apples. Put in two 8-inch greased round cake pans (disposable). For topping, cut margarine into brown sugar and cinnamon; add nuts. Put on top of unbaked cakes. Cover with foil and freeze. Bake from frozen, uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.

good morning y'all
overcast and damp outside ..... really sets the mood for today unfortunately. Sarah has her friend Katie over and they are pretty cute together (when they understand SHARING). Whoever said that 2 yr olds were terrible did not let their child live to be 3. GEEZ what a test of patience .... GOD help me make it through :)
